The Burwell Building is located at 602 S. Gay St., at the corner of Gay St. and Clinch Ave. Its entrance is located between the Tennessee Theatre and Clancy’s Tavern, directly across from the East Tennessee History Center. Parking is available in the nearby State Street Garage and in a lot at the corner of Gay Street and Church Avenue. Downtown residents currently receive reduced rates ($45-$75, depending on the type of spot) for a monthly parking pass in the State Street Garage.
