Megan Jackson, a former Lady Vol for the Track and Field team, recently joined the growing team at Slyman Real Estate. She holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from Middle Tennessee State University.

After graduation, she began her professional career at TVA as a Financial Analyst managing marketing initiatives for TVA’s Financial and Corporate Identity organizations. In addition, she was the owner of Jackson Photography, a successful wedding, family, and special events photography business in the Knoxville area.

Putting her education and experience to work in the real estate market, Megan has successfully worked with buyers and sellers in the Knoxville area. In addition, she has been a resource for local builders and developers on current initiatives including brand management and risk diversity.

Combining her marketing experience, professionalism, and personal attention to every detail, Megan is excited about her recent move to Slyman Real Estate. She is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

I am proud to say I am all “Tennessee”! I was raised in a small town in middle Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. It was during that time, I decided to make Knoxville my home! I truly believe Knoxville is the best of both worlds… conveniences of a city with the feeling of a cohesive hometown.

An additional advantage I utilize in the real estate business is my husband, Chris Jackson owner of Home Town Appraisals. He has been an appraiser serving Middle and East Tennessee for 15 years. He has been a great resource to provide a 3rd party opinion and a different perspective on market trends.
